He expressed regret about the proliferation of churches in the country amidst increasing social vices among the people. Mr. Botwe complained about indecent dressing among the youth, especially the girls, adding, what more was disheartening and disgraceful was the increase in sexual promiscuity. He described prayer as communication between man and the creator and that when ever one decided to pray the person should focus all attention and mind to dialogue with God who will hear and respond accordingly. The hospital administrator called on religious leaders to offer good counseling and to encourage the youth to lead lives worthy of emulation. Mr. Thomas Adjapong, chairman of the diocesan youth fellowship stressed that prayer was a great weapon for every Christian and asked members of the church to pray unceasingly in all their undertakings. He urged them to be humble before God and to exhibit truth and faith in their prayers to gain mercies from God. The youth later prayed to God to shower His blessings on all drivers and passengers for an accident-free yuletide.
