Operations Manager of WAFA, Ofosu Hene says his outfit will continue to sell players outside the shores of Ghana as far as the offer which comes good.
Ofosu Hene indicated that clubs in Ghana are facing so many financial problems and his side will continue to sell as they seek money to run the team.
“Clubs are suffering in this country to pay players as there is no proper sponsorship package for the league. We shall continue to sell the players and it does not matter the country or the club there are going as far as they will be paid well,”Ofosu Hene told footballmadeinghana.com
“Our player Razark Abalora has been sold to a Tanzanian club and some people are asking why we sold him to Tanzanian team. If a club is ready to pay in the range of $1000-$3000 as monthly salary we shall let the player go even doctors of this country are leaving because of money,”
After the sale of Razak Abalora, WAFA are also in talks with clubs in Belgium over the possible sale of Majeed Ashimeru and Daniel Lomotey.
