Loren Japhet will take on Wasiru Mohammed for the WBO Global Super Bantamweight title
Loren Japhet of Tanzanian on Wednesday arrived in Ghana, to take on Wasiru Mohammed for the World Boxing Organisation (WBO) Global Super Bantamweight title on Saturday, June 29, at the Sports Hall of the Accra Sports Stadium.
The Tanzanian, who arrived together with his trainer would lodge at the Alisa Hotel, Accra.
Japhet was confident he would triumph over the hard punching Ghanaian as he had trained well for the fight.
The boxer would continue with his training at the Alisa Hotel and would take part in the weigh-in session and press conference at the Media Center of the Accra Sports Stadium on Friday, June 28.
Meanwhile the organizers of the fight have fixed the rates for the fight at, GHC 20.00 for Popular Stand, GHC50.00 Regular and 100gh for the VIP.
Undefeated Mohammed (10-0-0) also known as “Gyatabi”, has promised to roar and devour his opponent on Saturday.
