The Gyan brothers, Asamoah Gyan and Baffour Gyan clashed over whose love for Asante Kotoko superseded the other.
During an interview on Pure FM, Baffour brought forth the argument, stating that he cannot fathom why Asamoah always makes claims of loving Kotoko more than him.
"He has a beef with me that I don't understand. He claims he loves Kotoko more than me," he said.
"But haven't I already won this argument? You know you don't love Kotoko more than me," Asamoah responded.
Baffour stated that he has the experience of playing for Kotoko; hence, his love for the club cannot be juxtaposed with that of Asamoah.
"I have played for Kotoko. You've not played for Kotoko before, so you don't know how it feels."
Asamoah countered Baffour's claim, stating that Kotoko gifted him a jersey at the expense of the latter.
"When Kotoko came to Accra, who did they present the jersey to?" he quizzed.
Baffour responded: "The thing is, you haven't played for Kotoko before, so I decided that they should give you the jersey for you to feel how wearing a Kotoko jersey feels like."
"You are just a fan; you never played for them. So, I will show you how we do our things," he added.
The Gyan brothers appeared on the show ahead of the official launch of the All-Regional Games, a sporting event organized by Asamoah.
Asamoah Gyan has never hidden his admiration for Kotoko, admitting in a previous interview that it is his favourite club.
The Black Stars' all-time top scorer was close to joining Kotoko at the twilight of his career, but the deal could not materialize. He eventually signed for Legon Cities.
Meanwhile, Kotoko was the penultimate club Baffour Gyan played for before retirement. He signed for the club in 2010, playing just a season before joining the Libyan side Al-Nasr SC Benghazi.
