According to FC InterNews, the English Premier League club Watford is reportedly in the race with Turkish Super Lig side Fenerbahce for the signature of Kwadwo Asamoah the Ghana international.
The versatile midfielder won six Serie A titles in his six seasons with Juventus before joining their Italian rivals Inter Milan at the expiry of his contract in 2018.
Having made a name for himself in his three years with Udinese, Kwadwo Asamoah has played just 11 times across all competitions this season with a knee injury keeping him sidelined for a huge part of the campaign.
Fenerbahce though are reportedly willing to match Asamoah’s Inter salary over a two-year contract and this could prove to be a deal breaker.
Since Watford and Udinese (Asamoah’s former Club) are owned by the Pozzo family, the romour mill has it that, Asamoah is likely to end up in England.
Meanwhile, Asamoah has been capped 71 times by Ghana and played 270 Serie A matches over the course of his career.
