We need to improve our finishing - Tom Strand

Great Olympics head coach Tom Strand has bemoaned his team’s lack of goals highlighting it as the main problem facing his side.

Struggling Olympics slumped to yet another defeat in the league, falling 2-1 to Tema Youth in match week 13.

Olympics have been guilty of squandering countless chances this season despite playing some good football and this growing occurrence has become a major concern to Strand.

“I think we are in control of the matches most of the time. We are mostly on top but we always fail to get the effectiveness in front of goal.

We need to be effective in front of goal; that is the most important thing. We have a lot of work to do but I think we are on the right path,” he said.

Olympics in recent years have formed a trend of getting relegated right after winning promotion and they are in danger of continuing this sequence as they currently find themselves in the drop zone.
