Fetrie, skipper of the national weightlifting team during the Melbourne 2006 Commonwealth Games, told GNA Sports in Accra that he is funding the airfare of the trio, whilst the Australian Club has assured of feeding and accommodation. He said the dismal performance of the team at the recently held Commonwealth Games in Delhi, India served as the basis for him to arrange the trip to equip them professionally for the All Africa Games. Fetrie commended the Ministry of Youth and Sports and the National Sports Council for the support towards his proposal. The 10th All Africa Games will be held in Maputo, Mozambique from 3-18 September, 2011. 8 Dec. 10
