Western Union to donate to SWAG

The Sports Writers Association of Ghana will on Monday, May 19 receive a donation of 36 million cedis from Western Union Money Transfer to facilitate the hosting of the 2002 edition of the SWAG Awards Night, slated for the International Conference Centre on August 2.

A statement signed by Mr Ebo Quansah, President of SWAG said the ceremony has been scheduled for the Western Union premises on Ring Road Central, near Bus Stop Restaurant at 11:00 a.m.

The statement asked all members of SWAG to show up punctually for the event without fail.
