Winful Cobbinah's strike for KF Tirana tames Vilaznia

Former Hearts of Oak attacker Winful Cobbinah was the hero for KF Tirana after striking the only goal in their victory against Vilaznia in the Albanian Premier League on Friday.

KF Tirana have the surprise package in the ongoing Albanian top-flight after leading the pack in 21 matches.

The Blue and White lads hopes of extending their four-match winning streak came under threat following their profligacy against Vilaznia at the Loro-Boriçi Stadium on Friday.

However, coach Ndubuisi Egbo's men were able to see the game through with a victory after Winful Cobbinah's 86th minute goal.

The win helped Tirana leapfrogged Kukesi into 1st position on the league standings with 40 points in 21 games.

The goal was the former Hearts of Oak talisman's 4th of the season in 19 matches.
