The Black Stars of Ghana are set to begin training for the upcoming games against Mali and the Central African Republic on Friday, May 31.
The Ghana Football Association (GFA) announced this development in a statement on its website.
The training session on Friday will take place at the University of Ghana Sports Stadium.
"The Black Stars will conduct their first training session at the University of Ghana Stadium at 4:30 pm on Friday, May 31, 2024, in preparation for the FIFA World Cup qualifiers against Mali and the Central African Republic.
"The team will train in Accra for five days before heading to Bamako on Tuesday, June 4, 2024, for the pivotal Group I match against the Eagles of Mali," the statement from the Ghana FA read.
In addition, the GFA has confirmed that the training session on Friday will be accessible to both the media and the public.
