Yatsuhashi: Media write untrue stories about me

Hearts of Oak Coach Kenichi Yatsuhashi has accused the media of spreading lies about him.

Media reports have been rife that the Japanese-American trainer has been fired, which turned out to be false, in addition to speculation that he had problems with the managers of the club.

However, speaking to the media after his club’s 0-1 defeat to rivals Kotoko on May Day, Yatsuhashi said he had a problem with the media, who have been spreading rumours about him against management of the club.

“First of all, I have no problem with management; I have a problem with the media writing their untrue stories…I never had an issue with management and I think you guys in the media are to be blamed for all the lies and the rumours that are coming out, so I blame you,” he noted.
