Midfielder Yaw Yeboah has been named in Ghana’s U20 squad to face Senegal on Saturday in the 2017 African Youth Championship final qualifying round first leg tie.
The Manchester City player was drafted to play the second leg contest of the penultimate qualifying round against Ethiopia and he responded positively with a brace in the 4-0 win.
Yeboah, expected to play a key role in the contest, will be assisted by some key performers in the Ghana Premier League like Evans Mensah, Charles Boateng and Saliw Babawo.
Asante Kotoko striker Dauda Mohammed must find his scoring boots on the day.
The team will leave Accra to Dakar on Thursday.
The winner over two legs will advance to the tournament to be held in Zambia next year.
