Editor of Kotoko Express Jerome Otchere says newly appointed helmsman at Kotoko, Zdravko Lugarusic’s targets are to win trophies for the club.
The Croat has been appointed to fill the void left by former coach David Duncan, who was asked by the club to “step aside” after a poor run in last season’s league.
“Dzravko has been tasked to win every trophy and championship the club plays in. His duty has been spelt out to him. We needed someone who knew our terrain, and since Dzravko has had a stint in our league before, we settled on him without any doubts”, Otchere said.
Dzravko who was first employed by King Faisal Babies of Kumasi, once also handled Obuasi Ashgold.
Jerome Otchere is optimistic Dzravko will help the club since he is no stranger to Ghana football.
The new coach will be taking over from Michael Osei who was acting as the interim coach.
