The Executive Chairman of Aduana Football, Mr.Kingsley Osei-Bonsu, aka Lord Zico, has commended Dormaaman for ensuring three-successive qualification of their darling Club for the National Sub-Middle League.
According to Mr. Osei-Bonsu, who is a member of the Executive Council of the FA, and one of the most admirable figures in Ghanaian footballing circles, the just-ended zonal leagues proved to be one of the most challenging in his football management career.
Mr.Osei-Bonsu was quick to shower praises on to the Great KING Nana Oseadeeyor Agyemang-Badu 11, Omanhene of the Dormaa Traditional Council, for his generous and unflinching financial and spiritual backing that has `kept the Aduana Stars moving.
In an interview with ghanaweb, after a presentation of a set of jerseys by one Mr.BOTWE, a native of Dormaa based in Europe, Zico promised the entire Dormaaman a special 50th Anniversary present by qualifying for the Premiership, if the Dormaa District Assembly and Dormaaman continue to offer support his Management, like was done in the just-ended zonal league.
He stated that he’ll soon present his programme to get his team in shape for Middle League. He called on Sons and Daughters of Dormaaman domiciled abroad to all get on board to offer any support, however little, to ensure that the Club does not miss the chance to qualify .He thanked Mr.Botwe for his kind gesture and promised the Team would be greatly inspired to deliver.
