Accra, June 26, GNA - The National Democratic Congress (NDC) on Monday sent a goodwill message to the Black Stars wishing them the best of luck as they play Brazil at the World Cup.
A statement signed by Mr Baba Jamal, Deputy General Secretary, said: We note with satisfaction that the team has performed miraculously well so far and urge them to draw inspiration from their defeats to the highly ranked Czech Republic and the fancied Americans to do even better.
"Our Stars are certainly aware that the entire continent of Africa is solidly behind them and this should be an impetus to let us win to bring pride to the team, the nation and Africa as a whole. Please go all out to keep the nation's flag high. Go to the limit, put your heart in it."
