Listening is a virtue that builds confidence to speak only when you have something substantial to say. Let's get back to work and see this as lessons learned. I genuinely wish this Minister well. Lesson 2. An open minded dedicated leader learns faster from experts than a proud talkative. And every Minister must rely on professionally prepared briefing notes and speaking notes delivered by his best technocrats, but this must critically reviewed by himself. There is no other alternative if you always want to be structured and convincing, and build a reputation for competency.
