Patience and tactical not slapping and insulting players. Inspire them and insulting them or beating them... Set conditions and coercive inspiration. He need to prep his psychological skills
If that is what you want then I am afraid you can't coach in Ghana.
Time and time again, not every player can become a coach. We need someone with knowledge, management, leadership skills
