I admire this man fòr his calmness. His skill isnt about the depth of his pocket. Thanks to him and his brother/ very close friend for decades Despite for setting up the east legon club whichhas disciplined many of its members into leading a very healthy lifestyle. If all ghanaian men nationwide can do 50% of what Dr Sarpong is doing to keep himself fit. Ghanaian men will soon sky dive and easiky do 10km and back jogging every morning. Or jog to peduase lodge from east legon. I take my hat off to him and all his mates.
