  Changing coaches stupidly is not the problem.
  If our best are failing all the time, it means we don't have the talent.
  Start at domestic round level and grow them from there.

  Most national teams face the same limitations due to club commitments and FIFA calendar. A good national team coach should be able to adapt as well. Others atmre doing it so Otto Addo must do it if he is a good coach. Actually not qualifying for the AFCON has hurt us as it would have been a good tournament to build team chemistry. The teams from Africa who qualified for the WC and also played in AFCON all had good results in their friendlies.
