Black Starlets coach, Dr Prosper Narteh Ogum
Black Starlets coach, Dr Prosper Narteh Ogum believes man-management, not just tactics, was key to his success at Ebusua Dwarfs.
He highlighted the quality within his squad and the importance of building relationships.
“I had very good players , all I did was to manage them and design a structure for them to play” he stated.
Dr Ogum stressed that mutual respect between coach and players played a decisive role, where he added that unity within the team turned them into a competitive force.
“They had so much respect for me, and that was one thing that worked. We came together as a family, and that did the trick,” he added.
