Real Madrid fans launch Mbappé exit petition with millions of signatures

Real Madrid supporters have launched a petition demanding the exit of star player Kylian Mbappé, citing issues both on and off the pitch during the latter part of the season.

The controversy began when the player suffered a hamstring injury and was sidelined to recover, with the club granting him time off. During this period, the France captain was spotted on a trip with his girlfriend, Esposito, enjoying themselves and sharing moments together.

This infuriated Los Blancos fans, who expressed disappointment that the striker appeared unconcerned with the team’s struggles, especially after going trophyless.

Some supporters even suggested that Mbappé’s injury might not have been genuine, but rather a way to avoid risk and remain fully fit for France ahead of the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

Based on these concerns, fans believe the former Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) forward is not committed to the club and have called for his departure.

Since the online petition was launched, it has reportedly gathered about 4.5 million signatures, piling pressure on both the player and the club to act.

Meanwhile, Kylian Mbappé’s camp has rejected suggestions of a lack of commitment, maintaining that the trip was approved and supervised by the club.

Despite the backlash, Mbappé has been in outstanding form, scoring 41 goals and registering six assists in 41 appearances for the Spanish giants this season, making him their standout performer.
