I couldn't sleep and it still hurts me even today. How wicked was the technical team knowing your commitment to the national team then.

  Laryea Kingston should learn to accept responsibility for his irresponsible tackle on Senegal's Habib Beye that earned him a red card, which led to his missing out at the 2006 WC. As a professional footballer, he should not have done that at all.
  Before then, he was the no. 1 right winger for the Black Stars.
  I think after missing out at the 2006 WC, he also missed out on getting a better club, so the coach for the 2010 WC didn't see him as a better option since Kevin Prince Boateng had also joined the team. Sometimes, a single mistake can be life-changing for top events like the WC, which come once every 4 years.
