  The talent you want are in Ghana here. Go round the regions of Ghana and scout for talent. Get 20 young boys and the same number of girls. Send these talents to the various known academies in the UK, Spain etc.and nurture t ...

  The talent you want are in Ghana here. Go round the regions of Ghana and scout for talent. Get 20 young boys and the same number of girls. Send these talents to the various known academies in the UK, Spain etc.and nurture them. Then when they come of age and matured, you can bring them down to future for Ghana.

  When the young players are discovered early in Ghana and given the necessary guidelines they will be future champions as we have a lot of talents back home here. We don't necessarily have to depend on the foreign base players ...
