New Tafo, (E/R), Feb. 28, GNA - Y. Gimah won the men's trophy at t= his year's Tafo Golf Club President's Putter at a tournament played to commemorate the 59th birth day of the President of the Club, Prince Kofi Amoabeng. He scored a gross of 81 and net of 69 followed by C. Tabi at the secon= d position with a gross of 84 and a net of 71 while E. Bonna came third with a gross of 89 and net of 72.
In the ladies division, Yaa Safo-Debrah won the trophy with a gross of 98 and net of 77 with Mona Captan coming second with a gross of 86 and net of 79 while Vic Adjei came third with a gross of 103.
Allan Cambell who came from South Africa to participate in the tournament was awarded with the foreign participation prize. 34 men and five ladies took part in the one day tournament which attracted some personalities including the Okyenhene, Osagyefuo Amoatia Ofori Panin and Tony Yeboah, former member of senior national team the Blac= k Stars.
