Fatawu Issahaku is Ghana Black Stars winger
Black Stars winger Fatawu Issahaku has revealed that unwavering self-belief is the driving force behind his spectacular long-range efforts, insisting he never allows criticism from teammates or fans to discourage him from taking ambitious shots.
The Leicester City forward, known for his powerful strikes from distance, said confidence has always been his greatest weapon whenever he spots an opportunity outside the box.

"I know I have power, so I think it's just the confidence I give to myself, and I don't care about what people say," Fatawu said.
The young player admitted that not every attempt is successful and that he often comes under criticism when his shots fail to hit the target.
"Sometimes I get bullied by teammates or someone if I try to do it and it's not working. Everyone will be shouting, 'Why did you do that? You just lost the ball for nothing.' But I always have the confidence because I know I can do it, so I always do it," he added.
According to him, those same critics are quick to celebrate whenever one of his powerful strikes finds the back of the net.
"And sometimes, when it goes well, they take it. So I think it's just the confidence I have in myself."
Beyond football, Fatawu also opened up about his close relationship with his family, describing himself as a proud "mummy's boy."
"My mum always feels happy, and I feel even happier making her happy. Before every game and after every game, I always call her. Even if I don't call her, she'll call me."
He revealed that his mother never hesitates to analyse his performances.
"If we lose a game, she'll call again. It's like, 'Oh, this guy should have scored.' She's the coach," he said.
