Black Stars coach Carlos Queiroz has named his side for the Round of 32 of the 2026 FIFA World Cup clash with Colombia on Saturday, July 4, 2026, at the Kansas City Stadium in the United States.

The Black Stars appear to be set up in a 4-3-3 formation, with some changes to the team that faced Croatia in Ghana’s last group game.

In goal, Lawrence Ati Zigi returns from injury, replacing Benjamin Asare, while Marvin Senaya retains his spot at right-back. The centre-back pairing of Jerome Opoku and D. Luckassen from the Croatia clash is retained, with Gideon Mensah continuing at left-back.

The midfield sees a blend of steel and energy, with Thomas Partey joined by Panama hero Caleb Yirenkyi and Kwasi Sibo.
