Massive turnout recorded at annual Osu Duku Walk

The annual Osu Duku Walk, organised by the Brock Royal Family, recorded massive participation as residents and patrons from various parts of the country joined the event in Osu, in the Greater Accra Region.

The walk, which has become an annual event on the family's calendar, brought together families, businesses and other participants to promote physical activity and social interaction.

Speaking after the event, the founder of the Brock Royal Family, Dr Bernard Brock, described this year's walk as a success, noting that the initiative was intended not only to promote a healthy lifestyle but also to create opportunities for networking among participants.

“This is massive. The Duku Walk has become a permanent feature on our calendar, and we look forward to making it bigger in the coming years because of its potential to promote healthy relationships among families and businesses,” he said.

Dr Brock said the large turnout demonstrated the growing interest in the event and its potential to bring people together.

He added that the walk provided an opportunity for participants to interact and establish new connections.

Meanwhile, Dr Brock announced that one of the family's subsidiary companies would support this year's Osu Homowo Festival celebrations through sponsorship.

The Brock Royal Family is based in Osu in the Greater Accra Region.
