All is well in the camp of the Black Stars, who are currently pitching camp in Rustenburg, South Africa, Ghana captain John Mensah has told DAILY GUIDE SPORTS.

The arrival of striker Asamoah Gyan in camp yesterday made the Ghanaian squad complete.

And according to Mensah, the team has started training and making a steady progress as they fine-tune preparations for the Equatorial Guinea/Gabon showpiece.

'All is well in camp as we speak. There are no injury concerns except Gyan's, but indications are that he will train with the team soon,' said Mensah.

He mentioned that reports from the medical team on Gyan look very promising, expressing the hope that the striker will gain full fitness before the Nations Cup.

'We are well composed and very determined to accomplish the lifting of the trophy mission, and we can do that through hard work and prayers from every Ghanaian,' he added.

The Black Stars, who arrived in South Africa last Saturday, are scheduled to play South African local side Kaiser Chiefs tomorrow and then follow it up with a clash with the South African national team, the Bafana Bafana, on Sunday.

The two friendlies will offer coach Goran 'Plavi' Stevanovic a better chance of accessing his 25-man squad from which two will be dropped.

The Stars have barely two weeks to put their house in order before facing Botswana in their first Group D game.
