The Volta Youth League has observed with keen interest, the activities of the Atta-Mills led NDC administration over the past three years and have absolutely no doubt that the NDC deserves a second term in office.
This is evident in the myriad of achievements of the government in the areas of economics, agriculture, education, health, roads and general infrastructural development all over the length and breadth of the country.
The Volta Youth League is also appreciative of the initiative of the president in calling on EOCO in unraveling the mystery in the payment of the judgment debt to Mr. Alfred Agbesi Woyome.
Additionally, the League is also in support of the decision by the Attorney-General to contest the payment of the judgment debt in court. It is our belief that with these two initiatives, the truth will unfold.
The League further calls for party unity in the face of the Woyome saga and the just ended parliamentary primaries. It is the hope that winners will be magnanimous in victory and pull on board the losers so as to ensure a united party in the forward march to victory in 2012.
