Shaaba Enterprise Limited, dealers in electrical wares, has donated ?10 million to Okwawu United Football Club as the company’s contribution towards the running of the club.

The presentation of the cheque was made by Mr Seth Adjei Baah, Managing Director of the company and received by Mr S. Oduro-Nyarko, Board Secretary of Okwawu United, at the company’s head office in Accra last Tuesday.

In a short speech, Mr Adjei Baah said the donation was in appreciation of the club’s good performance in the Premier League so far, especially at their new home venue of the Accra Stadium, and promised his company’s preparedness to continue to assist the club to achieve its desired goal.

On his part, Mr Oduro-Nyarko thanked Shaaba Enterprise Ltd for its support and expressed the hope that prominent Kwahu citizens would emulate this shinning example. The money, he said, would be put to the best use of the club.
