Manchester City midfielder Mohammed Abu has joined Danish top-tier club AGF on a six-month loan deal.

The Right to Dream (RtD) graduate enjoyed a good spell at French side FC Lorient last season and will be seeking to impress during his time at AGF.

Abu, 21, will be joining fellow Right to Dream graduate and Manchester City player Dominic Oduro, at his new club.

The club has the longest streak in the Danish top division and also holds the record for most number of cup wins.

It will be recalled that Abu signed for City in 2010 and was loaned out to Norwegian club Stromsgodset, where he made his professional debut.

Abu shot into national prominence after playing for the Black Stars at the 2012 African Nations Cup in Equatorial-Guinea and Gabon, having made his first senior appearance for Ghana in October 2011, in a 0–0 friendly draw against Nigeria.

Meanwhile, Right to Dream youngster Osei Kwame has also joined Denmark’s AGF on a season long loan deal.

Kwame, 18, was part of the RtD team that reached the semi finals of the 2013 Gothia Cup in Sweden, only a month ago.

The promising winger was also part of the RtD U-15s who placed a historic 3rd place at 2009 world finals of the prestigious Manchester United Premier Cup (MUPC). He played in the MUPC on two different occasions.
