Ghana striker Kwame Nsor of French Ligue 2 leaders Metz is expected to be out for a maximum of eight weeks after injuring his knee in training.
Goal Ghana can exclusively reveal that the lanky forward who has been a revelation this season and producing a lot of goals will go under the knife on Wednesday to correct the knee.
His absence will be a great deal of loss to Metz for the critical part of the season and will be hoping he returns earlier than the scheduled time.
The 21-year-old signed for the second-tier side during the summer after terminating his contract with German club Kaserslautern.
