Black Stars defender, Jonathan Mensah has shared an inspirational message with his fans urging them to work harder to achieve their goals.

In a post on photo-sharing platform Instagram, Mensah posted the message accompanied by a picture with an Anzhi Makhachkala teammate in pre-season training.

“Keep pushing yourself to the max and always know that you striving harder everyday is not for Perfection but for your Progression. Thank You God for everything.
