Former Ghana Coach Kwesi Appiah has been tipped to return to the Black Stars after the disappointing showing at the Africa Cup of Nations in Gabon.
Ghana finished fourth in Gabon with Coach Avram Grant tendering in his resignation. The Israeli who succeeded Kwesi Appiah spent two years with the national team. He took over in 2014 where he led the team to the finals of the Africa Cup of Nations 2015 in Equatorial Guinea.
Grant, was expected to win the recent edition. However, he fell below expectation.
With Ghana looking for a new coach, former coach Kwesi Appiah has been tipped to get the job back.
Appiah is currently coach of Al Khartoum in Sudan, where he was named coach of the year.
