Accra Great Olympics may have been made to wait to make their return to Ghana Premier League action after their season opener against Bechem United was postponed last weekend, but Goal readers believe Oly Dade are well equipped to avoid relegation to the second tier.

Great Olympics are preparing for their first season back in the top flight after last season’s successful campaign, and the Dade Boys will be eyeing a big campaign after returning to the stage that their strong fanbase believe they belong at.

In head coach Godwin Attram, as well as former international Richard Kingson and Dan Quaye, they boast the kind of experience that few of their relegation rivals can match.

Indeed, in a recent poll conducted by Goal, readers have voted Great Olympics as the newly promoted side best equipped to avoid relegation .

A whopping 67 percent of respondents revealed that they believe the Dade Boys are best placed to beat the drop of the promoted foursome, while Bolga All Stars and Tema Youth were tied in joint second with 17 percent of the votes.

The big losers, according to Goal readers, are set to be Elmina Sharks. An eye-catching zero percent of fans who responded to our poll believe that, of the four, Papa Kwesi Nduom’s side are the most likely to stay in the GPL beyond this season.

They certainly have their work cut out, but could their financial power help them make a mockery of some of our fans’ predictions?
