Badminton Association of Ghana (BAG)
The Badminton Association of Ghana (BAG), has scheduled, Saturday April 29, for its Third Electoral Congress at the Accra Sports Stadium.
The Association has therefore called on all qualified persons within the fraternity, who are interested in the various positions -President, Vice President, Treasurer and four Executive Members, to pick up nomination forms.
According to a press release signed by Mr Ignatius Elletey, the Secretary General of (BAG), the opening and picking of nomination forms will commence on Friday, March 30, at the secretariat at the Accra Sports Stadium.
It stated that submission of nomination forms will end on 10th April, 2017 before 5:00pm, whiles the Submission of names of delegates must be before April 15, 2017.
According to the statement, nomination fees are to be paid into BAG’s bank account by 10th April and the pay in slip must be submitted to the Secretariat alongside the nomination form(s).
The statement said, those vying for President must pay GH¢2,000.00, whilst that of Vice President will go Vice President will go for GH¢1,000.00, with Treasurer going for GH¢800.00 and Executive Members going for GH¢500.00.
