Assistant coach of Black Stars ‘B’, Dauda Lutterodt, has hinted at possible augmentation in the team ahead of the CHAN qualifiers and the upcoming WAFU competition to be staged in Ghana in September.
Thirty players are currently camped at the Ghanaman Soccer of Excellence in Prampram as they continue preparations towards the competition, and in their recent friendlies
defeated Premier League side Tema Youth by 3-1 on Thursday.
In an interview with sportscrusader.com, the highly experience coach, high lighted the need to improve the various department of the team as the qualifiers and competition draws nearer.
“This is national team we cannot categorically say that this is the final squad. The qualifiers and competition have not yet kicked start and if there will be a need to improve some department we are not sure of, we shall try some new players.
“So we can say this is the standard we want but we are still in the build up process, ” Lutterodt told Sportscrusader.com
The Black Stars ‘B’ are expected to resume camping next week with various players moving to their Premier League clubs as week 19 of the Ghana Premier League takes center stage over the weekend.
