Tarkwa, (W/R) April 25 GNA - Wassa Heman Royal Queens defeated Tarkwa Angel Ladies 3-1 in the first leg of a two-leg ladies soccer encounter at Wassa Heman Town Park on Saturday.
The match saw both teams exhibiting dribbling skills to the enjoyment of the large crowd that watched the match.
Angel Ladies who proved more daring would have equalised and even carry the day but for their erratic shooting upfront.

At Tarkwa Cyanide, Cyanide Star Ladies drew one all with Kofi Gyan Golden Star Ladies in a gruelling encounter.
In another match at Tarkwa, Tarkwa United old Players beat Tarkwa United New Players 6-5 in special encounter to round off the Easter sports activities.
