Black Stars hold final training session ahead of Egypt clash

Ghana Black Stars held their final training session at the Cape Coast stadium ahead of their clash against the Pharaohs of Egypt on Sunday.

Asamoah Gyan and Christian Atsu did not turn up for the last session due to injury which has sidelined them from Sunday's game.

Before the team commenced their training, the Black Stars paid tribute to ex-international midfielder Yakubu Abubakari who died two weeks ago in Tema.

Ghana's game against Egypt on Sunday is a dead-rubber since the Pharaohs have already secured the only Wolrd Cup slot allocated to the Group, but Ghana coach Kwesi Appiah is determined to use the game as part of his rebuilding process and also ensure that Ghana improves its FIFA World Rankings.
