Ghanaian celebrities joined their fans across the country to participate in the 2018 edition of ‘Celebrity Workout’ held in Accra, Saturday.
The three-hour aerobic session with keep-fit clubs and private individuals was largely patronised by individuals including Gym instructors who were ‘fired up’ to take the attendants through different sets of ‘workout’ sessions.
Patrons who could not survive the entire duration of the training were seen either ‘cooling off’ over a bottle of water or indulging in the free medical screening provided by sponsors.
Popular TV presenter Afia Schwarzenegger, Moesha Boudong, ex black stars Captain Stephen Appiah, Gasmilla, Bisa K-dei and a host of other popular celebrities were present to support the event.
Participants of the event were grateful to the organizers for putting up such an initiative and could not wait for the next edition.
