Former Accra Hearts of oak player Benard Dong Bortey has named Dreams FC's CEO Kurt Okraku and Vincent Sowah Odotei as those who embezzled his signing on fee when he got a contract to play in Israel.
The Confederation cup winner says Kurt Okraku together with former hearts of oak CEO Vincent Sowah Odotei received his signing fee after he joined Bnei Sakhnin F.C on loan.
Kurt Okraku was a deputy PRO for the Phobians in 2007/08, serving under the Club's Interim Management Committee headed by Vincent Sowah Odotei, who is now the Member of Parliament for Dadekotopon constituency.
"Vincent Odotei Sowah and Kurt Okraku embezzled my signing on fee when l had a contract in Israel,"Dong Bortey said on Happy FM's Anopa Bosuo Sports.
He could not give details of how much was involved but Dong Boretey who returned to Hearts of oak after the loan deal claims the Accra based club owes him 7000ghc.
According to Bortey, the former African Champions owe him outstanding salaries and bonuses stretching back to 2004.
Bortey, who also played for Aduana Stars, says his mother's ailment has forced him to come out to set the records straight and the leadership of the club to come out and deny.
"I had fame at Hearts of Oak but not riches. If any Hearts manager or Board member ever gave me ten thousand cedis, they should come out. I'm daring them all,"he added.
Kurt Okraku is yet to respond to Dong Bortey's claim.
