Ghana’s team at this year’s FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup left the country last night and expected in Paris today. The entourage was made of players, technical members and officials from the Sports Ministry.
Coach Yusif Basigi and his girls left Ghana earlier to continue their preparation for the competition which begins this coming weekend.
The Black Princesses had a change in travelling arrangement having initially planned to hold a training tour in Spain.
The team had to move straight to France a week before the competition kick starts having failed to make it to Spain.
Ghana is in the same group with France, Netherlands and New Zealand.
The squad however of consist of 3 goalkeepers, 8 defenders, 5 midfielders and 5 forwards.
