Mr. GH Flex Bodybuilding Championship takes place on September 1
The second edition of the Mr. GH Flex Bodybuilding Championship, has been scheduled for Saturday, September 1, at the Multipurpose Court of the Accra Sports Stadium. The event, would see various bodybuilding prospects from Ghana and other West African countries compete in the open championship, in search of glory.
The championship, would see athletes participate in various weight categories which includes the lightweight, middleweight and heavy weights in both men's bodybuilding and physique.
The overall winner for this championship is expected to take a cash prize of GH? 5000, with winners across various categories getting cash prizes of 1500 (Ist), 1000 (2nd) and 500 (3rd).
This year's championship is sponsored by Ultimate Fitness Palace, Pulse Fitness, Ironman Supplements, CHAMPS with JOY Prime, Adom and Joy News being the media partners.
