Ghanaian duo Alfred Duncan and Kevin Prince Boateng remain a doubt for US Sassuolo's Serie A clash with Torino on Saturday.
The pair trained apart on Wednesday at the Ricci Stadium but Duncan will be assessed again to determine his level of fitness for the Torino game.
Meanwhile, Boateng who picked up an injury in the game against Parma could be out for some extra weeks despite beginning his rehabilitation.
"The preparation of Sassuolo Calcio continues ahead of Saturday's match against Torino. In the morning the neroverdi were engaged at the Ricci Stadium in a tactical session of video analysis, while in the afternoon they moved on the synthetic of San Michele where they played warm up, possession ball, tactical technical exercises, small field match and specific work by the department. Apart from Kevin-Prince Boateng, Alfred Duncan, and Gianluca Pegolo," the club stated.
Sassuolo head into matchday 18 of the Serie A 8th on the standings.
