Black Stars Players, Coach Fail To Turn Up

A planned meeting between officials of the Ministry of Youth and Sports, new Stars coach and players of the senior national team the Black Stars came off at the Alisa Hotel Thursday in Accra without the key actors.

The venue of the meeting had been in doubt all day and once it came off, only Bayern Munich defender Samuel Osei Kuffuor turned up.


Sports ministry officials including minister Kwadwo Baah Wiredu and his deputy Joe Aggrey were quiet on the players no show.

Osei Kuffuor told Joy Sports that the meeting had gone well despite the absence of his colleagues.
