Zesco United Ghanaian striker Rahim Osumanu is happy with his output despite his team’s 2-1 defeat to Kotoko at the Baba Yara Stadium on Wednesday.
Osumanu had just 25 minutes of playing time in the crunch CAF Confederations Cup game but made the most out of it as he scored a goal, crushed the upright with a thundering header before setting up two goal scoring opportunities which were all missed.
The 21-year-old striker insists both side’s played well, it was a great game and they were unlucky not to have getting a draw.
“Personally, I was happy with my performance but the sad thing is we were not lucky as we could have gotten a draw.”He told footballmadeinghana.com
“Both teams played well, Kotoko is a great club, but we are Zesco and we don’t fear any team. Our aim is to go for the ultimate,”
The Adabraka-born striker previously played for Ghanaian outfit Tudu Mighty Jets.
