Chief Executive Officer of Kumasi Asante Kotoko ,George Amaoko has confirmed a change in schedule for Kotoko’s second-leg CAF confederations Cup match with Nkana FC.
Amoako confirmed a breakthrough in negotiations with Confederation of African Football( CAF) after Kotoko wrote to the continental body for a change in kick-off time from 1pm to a more suitable 4pm on Sunday,3rd March.
Amoako believes the change in kick-off time will allow more Kotoko fans to make it to the stadium because many fans would have returned from church services by then.
Kotoko lost the first leg by 3-1 and will have a chance to avenge the defeat.
Skipper Amos Frimpong who is suspended for the match is confident of victory over the Zambian side.
