Ghanaian professional footballer Peter Danso-Mensah whose video to Actress Rosemond Brown also known also Akuapem Poloo went viral online some months ago is currently training with the Ghanaian Under-23 National Team, (Black Meteors).
The young talented player who has played for Watford, Arsenal and Tottenham Junior teams is excited to gain a call-up to train with the Black Meteors team as they prepare for a qualifier against Gabon in Ghana.
"Getting the chance to train with the national team is every player’s dream. I was very excited to get a call to train with the Ghana Under-23 national team. Even though I trained with the English Under-18 team some few years ago, I have always dreamt of wearing the white and black Ghana jersey to represent my nation’’.
The left-footed defender who plays like real Madrid’s Marcelo, believes that he will become Ghana’s greatest left-back of all time if he gets the opportunity to play for the senior national team or the starting eleven for the Black Meteors.
He also shared a photo of his first training with the national team players on Instagram with the caption.
“I just want to thank everyone for making this dream a reality. Especially God, my family and friends for believing in me it would not have been possible without you all. Every day I wake up it feels like a dream. I always dreamt about moments like this as a Kid to represent Ghana. Who said God no dey or dreams ain’t real. Getting the chance to play for my country is one of the best things that has happened to me so far.”
