The Black Stars trained with their full 24-man squad on Thursday evening ahead of the table-topping Group F Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Kenya.
Royal Antwerp defender Daniel Opare was the last player to join the team after receiving a late call-up.
The right-back replaced injured Andy Yiadom and could only report to camp on Wednesday night.
Head coach Kwesi Appiah and the full squad will train for the last time on Friday morning ahead of Saturday's showdown.
Ghana needs a win to top the table ahead of the draw for the tournament on April 12, 2019, in Cairo.
