The new Ghana Football Association is not wasting time at all as on Monday 28th October 2019 the new president and his executive council will have a meeting to elect the new GFA vice president for the next four years.
Contrary to the previous trend where the FA president chose his own vice president, the new statutes that was adopted by the delegates congress in September voted to change it.
Per the new statutes, members of the Executive Council need to elect their new vice president on their first day of meeting.
The newly elected members of the executive council are expected to hold a meeting with the Normalization Committee and the representative of Fifa.
Kurt Okraku was on Friday elected as the new GFA president after a marathon election which he won in the third round by a poular acclamation of 93 votes with 96.9%.
